Medical checkup
February 7th, 2007On Tuesday the girls had their pre-immigration physical. The US Immigration Service (USCIS) requires a medical checkup and verification of their immunizations before they will be allowed to enter the country.
The medical center is a short walk from the hotel but we had to make a stop on the way to get visa photos for the girls.
Everybody seems to have survived!

Hi, Billy, Ewa, & Kate!
I think you might be on your way home right now, but I just have to tell you that the pictures are so special and heartwarming. Billy, the most recent picture of you holding Kate on the bench is so adorable! You look so happy as a brand new daddy! I am so thrilled for you both and can’t wait to meet my sweet little niece!

Oh my goodness; what an angel. I cannot wait to meet your little darling Kate. Max (14 mos now!)says “Kate” and kisses her picture on the refrigerator, so he is really looking forward to giving her a big kiss and a hug in person!
